Our business working days are Monday–Friday, 8am-6pm. We do not have a courier collection on Sundays but orders will still be picked and packed.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£2.95) (2–3 days)

• Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (£9.95)
  

We have partnered with Royal Mail to offer a Tracked service on all orders, so you can follow the progress of your order. 

EU Deliveries

• DHL Globalmail Tracked (£10.95)
• DHL Globalmail Tracked & Signed (£14.95)
• Royal Mail International Tracked (£8.95)
• Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (£10.95)

We deliver DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to all EU destinations - all duties and taxes are covered, so nothing extra to pay on arrival.

If you have ordered from the EU and you receive a import payment request, please email hello@jamescromwell.co.uk and we will cover the payment immediately!

Rest of World Deliveries

All orders are sent using a DAP service. Any customs/duty charges are payable by the customer upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you will be very pleased with your order, but if not, please get in touch and we will be happy to process an exchange or return. Goods must be received back to us within 30 days of receipt, in a saleable condition with:

• All original packaging intact
• Swing tags attached and undamaged
• Items unworn and unwashed

If your goods are faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement (once the original has been returned) and refund your original postage cost in full.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. UK returns should be sent via Royal Mail. International returns should be sent via a tracked/signed-for service.

PLACING AN ORDER

Unfortunately you will not be able to edit or cancel your order once it has been placed due to our fulfilment process. Once you receive your order you are welcome to return it in line with our returns policy above. We will refund the price paid for goods to the original payment method once received back at our warehouse.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE RETURNS

If you received a FREE product or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your return in order to be refunded in the original form of payment. If you choose to keep the free gift, its RRP will be deducted from your refund.
