Coronavirus Courier Update - October/November 2020
We are working with our airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services, however delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing.
The number of countries that we can access is changing daily. Most major export routes remain open, and we continue to accept and process mail, although customers may experience varying levels of delay.
There are significant delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.
All orders placed by 3pm will be dispatched the same day where possible. This includes European & Worldwide orders.
Free Shipping UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours.
Free Shipping EU & ROW: This service is a tracked service. We work with a number of courier partners to deliver these within 7 days for EU & 10/12 days for USA/Rest of the World.
Get your order faster: We offer an express delivery service with UK delivery in 24 hours. EU delivery in 4/5 days and USA/Rest of the World in 5-10 days.
DHL Express Tracked & Signed For: We offer a premium courier service with our partners DHL. EU delivery in 2-3 days and USA/Rest of the World in 3-5 days.
Orders including products on Pre Order will be dispatched as soon as all items in the order are in stock.
We hope you will be very pleased with your order, but if not and you would like to return your purchase please get in touch with us within 90 days of receiving the order and we will be more than happy to process an exchange or return.
Goods must be returned in a saleable condition with all original packaging. We recommend either sending the goods back via signed for delivery or obtaining a certificate of purchase. On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund (minus the shipping cost). Return shipping to be paid by the buyer.
If your goods are faulty, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you (once the original has been returned to us) and we will refund you the original postage cost you paid.

Duties & Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any VAT, duty, taxes, customs clearance charges and handling fees required by your country for importing goods. James Cromwell does not collect these fees beforehand.
